Severn Home Survey is the trading name of James Cargill BSc DipHI.  

I am an independent residential surveyor providing services to both buyers and sellers in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.  I offer pre-purchase surveys on any type of residential property except for traditional timber frame construction.  I also provide Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

I am accredited with the SAVA Certification Scheme and am a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association.
